Union Home Minister Amit Shah, while speaking about the Delhi terror blast accused, said that the culprits will be traced even from "paatal". They will be brought before the country’s judicial system and given the strictest possible punishment, he added. Shah was speaking at the 32nd meeting of the Northern Zonal Council (NZC).
