TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee injured his hand after he allegedly broke a glass bottle during a heated argument at the Joint Parliamentary Committee meeting on the Waqf Bill. He reportedly picked up a glass water bottle kept there and hit it on the table. He reportedly had a heated exchange with BJP leader and former Calcutta HC judge Abhijit Gangopadhyay.
