Bengaluru South City Corporation issued a Google form to all the schools asking them to conduct a survey of stray dogs and count them near campuses. The officials insist the intention is safety as stray dog attacks near schools have been a recurring concern. A teacher asked if they are "educators or unpaid civic staff".
