Delhi High Court dropped Sunjay Kapur's sister, Mandhira Kapur, as party to the businessman's ₹30,000-crore estate lawsuit, reported Bar and Bench. The court allowed Sunjay's wife, Priya's plea noting that Mandhira isn't part of proceedings as she hadn't filed application to do so, and there was no counsel on her behalf. Mandhira's attempt to join proceedings was "mischievous", said court.
