Australian Federal Police seized 2.34 tonnes of cocaine, which is worth about A$760 million (over ₹4,157 crore) from a boat after it became stranded due to a mechanical breakdown off the coast of K'gari island. This is the largest-ever seizure of cocaine in the country. As many as 13 people, including two juveniles, have been charged over the matter.
