A man was arrested for allegedly beating another man with a stick while the latter was sleeping on a footpath in Delhi's Model Town on Friday. CCTV footage showing the accused leaving on a bike after beating the victim has surfaced. The accused apparently attacked the victim after the latter asked him not to urinate in public a day before.
