US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden welcomed President-elect Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump at the White House ahead of the inauguration ceremony. "Welcome home," Biden said while greeting Trump and Melania at the front door of the presidential home. Trump will be sworn in as the 47th US President inside the US Capitol.
