A US judge on Tuesday allowed the Donald Trump administration to invoke Alien Enemies Act of 1798 for deporting accused members of Venezuelan Tren De Aragua gang. The judge asked the administration to give potential deportees at least 21 days' notice and opportunity to challenge deportation. Earlier, US deported over 200 alleged members of Tren de Aragua to El Salvador.
