A man in Karnataka's Shivamogga has been charged for allegedly driving 100 metres with traffic constable Prabhu clinging to his car's bonnet. The incident occurred on a busy street on Wednesday when Prabhu attempted to stop the driver, identified as Mithun, and asked him to park by the roadside. A video of the event went viral on social media platforms.
