During a hearing on a trademark battle between Officer's Choice (Allied Blenders & Distillers) and Original Choice (John Distilleries), the Supreme Court expressed concern over alcohol being sold in tetra packs. "It looks like juice. Children can carry this to schools...How are governments allowing this?" SC remarked. It also said governments are only interested in revenue.
