The Allahabad High Court rapped a court in Prayagraj for a 20-year trial in a 2005 case involving a 73-year-old man. Calling it a "very serious matter", the High Court slammed the court for being "lethargic" and directed it to conclude the trial within one month. The offence in the case carries a maximum six-month punishment.
