A man was fined ₹2.5 lakh and his driving license was reportedly revoked after he blocked the path of an ambulance on November 7 in Kerala's Thrissur. A dashcam video shows the car not letting the emergency vehicle pass despite persistent honking by the ambulance driver. The registration number of the car helped police in tracking the accused.
