Nutritionist Nupur Patil has listed common sleep behaviours that one must not ignore, one of them being frequent nightmares. She stated people get frequent nightmares when their brain is overstimulated. "High stress chemicals are disrupting your REM sleep and dream cycles," she added. Dr Shaunak Ajinkya said that sleep patterns reflect how regulated or stressed your nervous system is.
