A recent survey by Kaspersky revealed that while 89% of people are aware of AI in travel planning, 41% are actively using it to plan their journeys. Among the people using AI for travel planning, 77% search for activities, events, excursions, tourist routes, and souvenir shops at the destination they are heading to.
