Actor Sonu Sood and his son Eshaan Sood recently purchased land for ₹1.05 crore in Panvel, according to Square Yards. As per property registration documents, the purchased land has a total area of 0.0650 hectares. The transaction took place in October 2025, incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹6.3 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
