The website of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has gone offline. This comes after US President Donald Trump-led government's State Department issued a "stop-work" order pausing all foreign aid but military financing for Israel and Egypt was waived from this. The freeze in funding has led to layoffs, as well as program shutdowns across the globe.
