Gaganpreet Kaur, the accused driver in BMW crash that killed Finance Ministry official Navjot Singh, stated that she couldn't recall how the accident happened. On being asked why she didn't take them to the nearby hospital, Kaur revealed that she was in a panic and only knew of this hospital as her children were admitted there during COVID-19, said police.
