AAP MP Raghav Chadha on Thursday said that he will introduce a Bill seeking to decriminalise defamation in the Parliament. This comes on the day that former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi was convicted in a criminal defamation case over his "Modi surname" remark. "Criminal Defamation has become a tool to suppress the voice of the opposition," said Chadha.
