Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on Monday rescheduled the meeting called for the implementation of GRAP IV restrictions at 12 noon, saying that HoDs were negligent and no senior official arrived at the meeting. "Despite the pollution level rising to such dangerous levels, no senior officer reached the meeting," he said. He later rescheduled the meeting for 3 pm today.
