India's Gen Z is opting for 'phygital' (physical+digital) shopping, a blend of online and offline shopping, a Snap and BCG report said. One out of two Gen Z is likely on the phone checking wish lists or influencers while at physical stores. Gen Z is very likely to start a journey online and complete the purchase offline or vice versa.
