SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said it is physically impossible for Starlink to perform better in cities or densely populated areas due to competition from local network providers. "Rural areas...have worst internet because it's costly and difficult...to have high bandwidth cellular towers...So, Starlink tends to serve the least served," Musk said.
