An X user shared a video showing a man mishandling courier packages meant for transportation and throwing them on railway tracks in Uttar Pradesh. After video sparked outrage, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Lucknow Division said, "These are RMS packages and are handled by India Post staff." "The concerned RMS authorities are being advised to take corrective action," DRM added.
