On World Heart Day on Sunday, the WHO shared common symptoms of a heart attack. The symptoms include feeling faint or light-headed, pain or discomfort in the centre of the chest, vomiting, breaking into a cold sweat, becoming pale, shortness of breath, and pain or discomfort in the arms, left shoulder, elbows, jaw or back.
