Javelin thrower Sachin Yadav, who outperformed Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra, at World Athletics Championships, was born on October 25, 1999 in Uttar Pradesh's Khekra. He had bagged silver medal at Asian Athletics Championships this year. He aspired to become a cricketer but shifted to javelin throw at the age of 19. Sachin idolises cricketers MS Dhoni and Jasprit Bumrah.
