A doctor named Vincent has been visiting dense forests for the past 24 years to treat tribal patients in Kerala. He carries basic medical equipment and charges a small fee from those who can afford it, but never from those who can't. Initially, the tribals didn’t trust him, but now they call Vincent “Makka” doctor, which means children's doctor.
