Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday said that the repeat offenders in cow slaughter and cow trafficking cases will be booked under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA). Speaking in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Fadnavis said the state government is closely monitoring cow smuggling cases and will take strict action against those repeatedly engaging in the crime.
