The 10-3-2-1-0 rule is a simple guide to improve sleep quality. As per the rule, one should consume their last caffeinated beverage 10 hours before bed and should stop eating or drinking alcohol 3 hours prior. Further, one should finish work 2 hours before sleeping and turn off screens 1 hour before, and avoid hitting snooze in the morning.
