At least 54 people were killed and 158 sustained injuries after a paramilitary group RSF fighting against the Sudan's military attacked an open market in the city of Omdurman on Saturday. War between the Sudanese army and RSF broke out in April 2023 over the integration of the two forces. It has killed tens of thousands of people.
