A person shared a picture of a fake ₹500 note caught in an SBI branch in Delhi. "[The note] was exactly like the original one, just the reflection of Mahatma Gandhi was cartoonish," the person wrote. The fake note was flagged when someone deposited a stack of ₹500 notes, and the machine beeped while cashier counted them, the person said.
