Dhanush's Wunderbar Films Private Limited has filed a civil lawsuit in Madras HC against Nayanthara for alleged unauthorised use of visuals from 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' in her Netflix documentary. Nayanthara's director-husband Vignesh Shivan and their production house Rowdy Pictures Private Limited are also named in the suit. Dhanush earlier sent her a notice seeking ₹10 crore for the footage's use.
