BJP's Khusbu Sundar said the stampede at actor-politician Vijay's rally in Karur seems "planned and created" incident because ruling DMK knew the kind of crowd Vijay was going to garner. "Despite this, they did not give him (Vijay) a proper space to conduct rally," she added. "Tamil Nadu CM is in mute mode now and not answering questions," she said.
