Delhi High Court questioned maintainability of ex-NCB officer Sameer Wankhede's defamation plea against Aryan Khan's 'The Ba***ds of Bollywood' in Delhi. The judge said the case would've been considered in Delhi had Wankhede faced maximum damage to his reputation there. Wankhede has been told to amend his plea to show that a cause of action was made out in Delhi.
