Maharashtra Cabinet has decided to invest ₹500 crore in artificial intelligence and digital technologies into the state farming ecosystem under the 'MahaAgri-AI Policy 2025-2029'. The policy, nation's first dedicated AI strategy, aims to tackle climate change, low productivity, and market inefficiencies through next-generation tools like generative AI, drones, robotics and predictive analytics.
