Madhya Pradesh High Court dismissed petition filed by daughter of Shah Bano Begum against release of 'Haq', a film inspired by Bano's historic case. The daughter claims that 'Haq' exploits her late mother's personality/privacy and was made without consent, reported Bar and Bench. "Since film is an inspiration and a fiction, some amount of leeway is certainly permissible," said court.
