North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has vowed to implement the toughest anti-US policy ahead of US President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration. Kim said the military cooperation among South Korea, the US and Japan has expanded into an aggressive nuclear military bloc. Notably, Trump met Kim three times for talks on the North Korea's nuclear programme during his first term as President.
