There were 514 hazardous buildings in the Navi Mumbai municipal area last year. This year the number has increased to 535 and a survey has been conducted for the year 2024-25 of dangerous buildings in the jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. A total of 535 buildings have been declared as dangerous buildings.
