Congress leader Rajesh Thakur expressed confidence in winning majority seats in the Jharkhand Assembly elections as the first phase of the poll began on Wednesday. "We don't make illogical statements like '400 paar'," he said. "We'll get the results on the basis of the work we've done for the people and we'll reach the two-thirds majority," he added.
