A group of four people dumped garbage on a roadside in south Bengaluru’s Mico Layout, an illegal dumping spot and started dancing in front of the CCTV. The offenders were fined ₹1,000 each under solid waste management bylaws, with one official stating, "This incident should serve as a lesson that civic violation is not a joke."
