BJP has responded to AAP's accusation that a Delhi blast victim had a new hand cast and new clothes on when PM Narendra Modi visited the LNJP Hospital on November 12. "CM Rekha Gupta visited the...victims...on 11th November. Detailed investigation reports, including X-rays, were completed soon after, and the victim was placed in a cast," BJP's Amit Malviya said.
