A 66-year-old man was allowed to take admission at Gujarat University’s DT Law College for the LLB course after a 24-year legal battle. The institute had denied admission citing a 15-year educational qualification requirement, that is 12 years of school and 3 years of graduation. However, the man had completed his education in Kolkata in the 1970s in 14 years.
