A Delhi-NCR-based businessman has purchased four flats in DLF's superluxury project 'The Dahlias' in Gurugram for ₹380 crore, according to reports. The deal, completed in the first week of October, is being seen as one of the costliest apartment deals in the country. The apartments collectively cover an area of around 38,400 sq ft.
