Online automobile marketplace, CarTrade Tech, will acquire CarDekho for a deal in cash-and-stock deal exceeding $1.2 billion, CNBC-TV18 reported. Deal's valuation is expected to exceed CarDekho's last reported valuation of $1.2 billion from its 2021 Series E funding round. If finalised, the transaction would rank among the largest mergers and acquisitions deals in India’s digital auto segment.
