Proxy advisory firm InGovern has raised concerns over Religare Enterprises postponing its annual general meeting (AGM) till December. InGovern said SEBI should probe the delay and take action if any violations are found. This comes as Religare is currently involved in a legal battle involving Chairperson Rashmi Saluja and Burman family, InGovern added.
