Space tech firm Firefly Aerospace on Sunday announced that it will acquire national security technology company SciTec for about ₹7,590 crore ($855 million). The acquisition will be funded through a combination of $300 million in cash and $555 million in Firefly shares, the company added. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2025.
