Meta is offering sixteen weeks of severance pay to the employees who have been affected by the recent job cuts in the AI division, reports said. Along with this, employees will also receive two additional weeks for every year of completed service, adjusted for the notice period. Reportedly, Meta is cutting roughly 600 positions within its Superintelligence Labs AI unit.
