A 22-year-old woman was accidentally shot dead by her two-year-old son who found her boyfriend's loaded gun in US' California, as per the police. The 18-year-old boyfriend, who has been arrested, "negligently" left the handgun in the bedroom, police said. "While handling the firearm, the toddler was able to pull the trigger, resulting in [the woman] being struck," police added.
