MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal has said India has taken note of US President Donald Trump's claim that Pakistan is conducting nuclear tests. "Clandestine and illegal nuclear activities are in keeping with Pakistan's history, which is centred around decades of smuggling, export control violations, secret partnerships," he said. India has always highlighted this internationally, he added.
