Zerodha's Nithin Kamath, who suffered a stroke last year, said, "If there's one thing I wish I'd done differently when I was hit by a stroke...it'd be to go to...hospital immediately, within...Golden Hour (within 4.5 hours), instead of thinking I could just sleep it off," he stated. He further cautioned younger adults against the "nothing will happen to me" attitude.
