US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said the Delhi car blast was "clearly a terrorist attack". He said it involved "a car loaded with highly explosive materials that detonated and killed a lot of people". Rubio also praised India's "measured and professional" handling of the Delhi blast investigation, adding that India doesn't need help from US in the probe.
