Congress MP Shashi Tharoor admitted that he was wrong to oppose India's neutral stand on Russia-Ukraine war. "I'm still wiping the egg off my face because I'm one person...who actually criticised [it at the time]," Tharoor said. The policy meant that India's PM Narendra Modi can "hug" both the country's Presidents within two weeks and be accepted, he added.
